 Group Fitness at Smart Moves Health and Fitness SMHF Group Fitness sessions are designed to give you a whole body workout incorporating a variety of cardiovascular and resistance workout styles including Circuit Training, Interval Training, Boxing and Sprint Training. Sessions are tailored to suit the needs and goals of the group - be it general fitness, weightloss, toning or other health and wellbeing goals. To join an existing Group Fitness session please see the timetable below or alternatively you can get a group of five or more people together and we can train at a time and in a location convenient to you.
